Not Enough Time

You know what you have to do but it doesn’t happen because of time. 

Most of us can’t spend hours each day in the kitchen and the gym. Not to mention the time (and mental energy) it takes to actually plan those workouts and recipes. 

If you think that you don’t have the time to exercise and eat right, then you’re spending too long doing it. 

Workouts need not take longer than 30 minutes, and meals can easily be prepared ahead of time, to make it simple to eat well during the week.

This is not a one size fits all program, based on the latest trend. Jennifer's holistic approach to health was mixed with my needs of being a full time working mother. Work with Jennifer, she will change your body and your life. Sara L  



Equipment Needed: While you can do the workouts without equipment, I recommend having a couple of key pieces to boost your results. 1 pair each of light and heavy weights (1 - 5 pounds and 8 - 12 pounds respectively), an exercise mat, and an exercise band (or Theraband).

Fitness Levels: There will be two video workouts to choose from each week, one for beginners and one for intermediate/advanced. You receive both, so you don’t need to decide now!

How To Access The Workouts: The workouts are available via streaming. That means you can play them directly from your computer, phone or iPad. 

What If I Have Injuries? The beginner workout will be low impact, and suitable for most body types and fitness levels. However, if you have injuries or experience chronic pain that is exacerbated by low to medium intensity exercise, this program is probably not for you. Doctor's approval is recommended before starting any new fitness or nutrition program. 


How Much Does Each Recipe Serve? Each recipe is designed to serve two people. Cooking for one? Halve the ingredients or have leftovers for lunch (recommended). Cooking for 3 or more? Increase the ingredients as needed.

Is This A Meal Plan? Nope, it's just a selection of healthy recipes! Feel free to make any changes to the menu that you like, including substituting ingredients and increasing/decreasing portions sizes.  

What If I Don't Like A Recipe? You have two options. If there's just an ingredient or two that you don't like, start by swapping them out for something else. Alternatively you can skip that recipe and either double up on another recipe from the week, or make one of your own favorites!

Note: If you do make substitutions to the recipes remember to update the shopping list! Each ingredient is marked by a number, which corresponds to its recipe, making it very easy to update. 

Why Only 5 Meals? Chances are that you don't want to cook every day, and I bet you also have some of your own favorite recipes. The four dinner recipes will have you set Monday through Thursday, and the extra recipe (breakfast, lunch or snack) can be used every day.  

What If I Have Allergies or Dietary Restrictions? This is a general "healthy eating" menu, which doesn't take into account specific dietary concerns. I will give tips to help you make substitutions (i.e. gluten free, dairy free etc) but if you have a lot of restrictions this is probably not the program for you. 


Do I Need To Be Tech Savvy? You don't. You will receive one email each month that will take you directly to the content. As well as a weekly email with tips and tricks for that week's menu. Easy!

What Can I Expect From The Program? Hmm, everyone is different, but some of the regular feedback that I hear from clients includes: more free time, more energy, less bloating, better sleep, lower stress, reduced belly fat, clearer skin, sense of achievement...

How Long Do I Have Access To The Content? New content is released every month, and will be available to you online for four weeks. You can download every recipe, grocery list and Sunday prep guide. You will have access to the workouts for one month.
